Vision
My vision is to work at the intersection of legal analysis, practical application and development. I want not only to understand the law as a system of rules, but to use it as a tool to create structure, solve real problems and enable sustainable decisions in complex settings.
By combining a deep legal understanding with a forward-looking way of working, I strive to develop continuously – both as a lawyer and as a professional – and to contribute solutions that are well considered, relevant and genuinely useful.

Spirit
My approach to work is characterised by curiosity, responsibility and decisiveness. I approach legal questions with a genuine interest in the details, the context and the underlying principles, while taking care to translate analysis into concrete work.
I value depth, structure and quality, but also pace and initiative. To me, professionalism means taking ownership of the process, daring to go further than is required, and delivering with both intellectual honesty and practical sharpness.

Curiosity
I am driven by a genuine desire to understand – not only what the law is, but why it is so. For me, curiosity is about going beneath the surface, immersing myself in structures, contexts and systems, and seeing every new field as an opportunity for growth rather than a limitation.

Commitment
I take responsibility for my work and invest the time and effort needed to deliver high quality. Commitment, to me, means going beyond the minimum requirements, delving into complex questions and contributing actively in both academic and professional settings.

Drive
I work in an action-oriented way. Ideas, analysis and ambition have value only once they are put into action. Being driven, for me, means taking the initiative, moving processes forward and making sure that things actually happen – not merely that they are planned.
